Andrea joined the group as a Summer Fellow in June 2019 and afterwards was awarded a BIST fellowship to do her Master (“Master of Multidisciplinary Research in Experimental Sciences”) at Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona) under Prof. López’ supervision.
Andrea is now a predoctoral researcher and is working in a project focused on studying the catalytic performance of carbon-based single atom catalysts for cross-coupling and electrochemical reactions using first principles modeling and statistical learning.
