Dr. Rohit Gaikwad
Rohit is from India. He completed his MSc in Organic Chemistry (2010). He joined National Chemical Laboratory as Project Fellow in 2011, worked on catalytic scCO2 hydrogenation using micro reactor. After that he worked in Royal Dutch Shell, Emerging Technology Group in the similar field. In 2014 he joined the Urakawa group and works on catalytic high pressure CO2 conversion processes using micro reactor. Rohit likes travelling and sports.
Rohit defended publicly his PhD thesis entitled “Carbon Dioxide To Methanol: Stoichiometric Catalytic Hydrogenation under High Pressure Conditions” last 21 March 2018.
