Sergio was born in Tarragona. He finished his degree in physics in University of Barcelona and he made the MSc in Photonics also in Barcelona. He is currently a PhD student at ICIQ in the group of Dr. Urakawa and also at URV in the group of Prof. Eduard Llobet. His work is to grow nanostructures via AA-CVD, of different materials, specially metal oxides for gas sensing and catalytic applications. At his free time he likes travelling and spending time with his friends.
