After getting her Ph.D. in Chemistry, Mireia worked as a postdoctoral researcher first in the Università di Pisa e Scuola Normale Superiore (Italy), then in  the Scuola Normale Superiore (Italy) and after that at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (Spain).

Mireia is working on the multiscale computational modelling of molecular metal oxides and their assemblies in solution.
