Abstract

The Brook rearrangement represents a typical type of anion relay chemistry and has been recognized as a powerful tool for the efficient synthesis of complex molecular structure over the years. However, the Brook rearrangement producing stereogenic centers is still in its complete infancy and we are going to present our latest results in this field during the lecture.
